Writing Tips

1) Keep a journal. Writing is therapeutic and stimulates creativity. You will also be able to see your progress when you read earlier entries from your journal.

2) Don't be afraid to ask questions. There is never a time in a writer's life when there isn't any more to learn. Finding the answer to a long sought after question might be the very key that unlocks your writing abundance.

3) Treat yourself to a juicy best-seller or a book that you've been wanting to hunker down with. Add a big bowl of popcorn, potato chips, fruit, or any other treat that catches your fancy, and rediscover the joy of the written word.

4) Always carry a pad and pen. You never know where or when inspiration will strike.

Editor's Pick of the Month

This month's editor's pick is So Many Partings, by Cathy Cash Spellman. It is a perfect example of fantastic writing. All of the elements that make up good writing are in this book. I highly recommend Ms. Spellman's books.
